The Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) is a way for busy people to grow deeply in their relationship with and commitment to Jesus Christ. Journey as a small group with experienced spiritual guides and dive into rich depths, in the centuries-tested traditional 30-day retreat exercises from St. Ignatius of Loyola. Broken into manageable exercises over 32 weeks, beginning in October, with daily prayer, weekly group meetings, and individual spiritual direction.
In the tradition of Ignatian Spirituality, the retreat focuses on the life, teaching, death and resurrection of Jesus through a prayerful encounter with Scripture. The Ignatian principle of "finding God in all things" lies at the heart of the retreat.
